Return Policies

Order Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as processing begins.

Returns and Exchanges After Shipping:

  • We only accept returns if there is a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).
  • No returns for non-quality issues such as size or color differences due to display variations.
  • Exchanges for size differences are allowed if measurements do not match the provided size chart.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and any additional taxes or logistics costs.

  • You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your package.
  • Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of the purchase date.

How to Make a Return:

  1. Log in to your account and find your order.
  2. Contact customer service with your order details and reason for return.
  3. Prepare the return package and ship it to the provided address.
  4. Share the tracking number with customer service.

Return Checklist:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached.
  • Return must be requested within 3 days and shipped within 30 days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your return.
